Plastics Interested Parties Meetings
Interested Parties (IP) meetings are an opportunity for stakeholders to informally discuss issues affecting plastics in California. We typically discuss items that are pending policy consideration by our Board, future policy items, and other important timely issues. In short, issues that may affect you and your business.

For more information, contact Edgar Rojas.
General Information
The IP meetings are a unique opportunity for a collaborative process that depends on a certain level of trust and respect between stakeholders. We will be providing meeting participants discussion draft versions of agenda items to be considered by the Board. These are not final items and should not be considered such. These discussion draft items must not be quoted or widely distributed (such as on a list server). Because our working relationship is important to us and we value your input, these drafts are being shared, in most cases, prior to being publicly noticed.
Additionally, in order to have a meaningful discussion among all stakeholders, please electronically send (at least 72 hours in advance to Michelle Marlowe) any information that you would like to share/discuss. Staff will forward the information to the invitees/participants prior to the meeting.
Meeting Logistics and Procedures
The meetings are held at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, from 10 a.m. to noon (unless otherwise noted). We value your opinion and welcome your participation. For your convenience, the IP meetings are also accessible via teleconference and, in many cases, audio broadcast on the Internet. For teleconference information, please contact Michelle Marlowe.
If attending in person, please advise the security official at the door that you are here for the Plastics Interested Parties meeting.
Because we value everybody’s time, we make every effort to start the meeting promptly. In consideration of your fellow stakeholders, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to be escorted to the meeting room. For those teleconferencing, please be on the line no later than 10 a.m.
