infoCycling is published four times a year by the Calfornia Integrated Waste Management Board. The newsletter provides California jurisdictions with information to assist them in meeting waste reduction goals. The Spring 2005 issue includes articles on CIWMB grants and loans, California Materials Exchange and local exchanges, local government waste diversion and recycling outreach materials, and an update on California electronic waste regulation.
