Description:
|
This study was prepared under contract from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). The objective of this research is to update and expand the life cycle cost analysis performed for the Rubber Pavements Association in 1999, including both field blended (asphalt-rubber) and terminal blended binders in hot-mix asphalt (HMA) and chip seals under various roadway, traffic and weather conditions and compare them with similar applications of conventional materials.
