Reuse paper.
Place near printers, photocopy machines, or places where paper is stored.
Recycle paper.
Your coworkers can't recycle unless they know what goes where! Affix to these posters samples of the paper that your office recycles. Display near your recycling bins. What goes where varies from city to city because different recyclers accept different things.
Reduce paper use.
Computers make the best filing cabinets.

Promote reuse.
Keep a place for staff to return unused materials.
If you don't buy recycled products, you are not recycling.
Customers prefer to do business with businesses that recycle.
Promote Mug Reuse at Coffee Shops.
If we all used reusable coffee mugs instead of paper, we would save thousands of tons of waste and trees. Bring your reusable mug to your favorite coffee shop even if they don't offer a discount, and drop a hint. Take one of these to the manager.
Dangerous if disposed. Valuable if recycled.
They don't go in the trash any more. Promote the safe recycling and disposal of batteries.
Great for energy conservation, but take care of the mercury.
