State Agency Model Integrated Waste Management Plan

Part I and II—State Agency Information and Facilities

All State agencies must submit the following information. California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) developed the following formats for the submittal process. You must provide the State Agency name, address, director's name, and recycling coordinator's name and mailing address. State agencies, as defined in PRC Section 40196.3, submitting a modified integrated waste management plan because it has fewer than 200 full-time employees and generates less than 100 tons of waste statewide per year, may fill out Part I-A. 

Part I-A: State Agency Information: This information must be included when submitting a full or a modified integrated waste management plan. A modified plan is for an agency with fewer than 200 full-time employees and generates less than 100 tons of waste statewide, per year. Available in fill and print PDF. 

Part I-B: Large State Facility Information: This information must be included by all large State facilities. It should be noticed that the signature blocks on this part are different than Part I-A. Available in fill and print PDF.

Part II: State Agency List of Facilities: All State agencies and large State facilities must provide information on all their facilities. This information should include the name and address of each facility; a contact person’s name, phone number, and e-mail address; and the number of employees at each location.  Available in fill and print PDF.
