State Organization and Agency Recycling Database

Program News...

Review the video of the February 2009 workshop describing how the new Per Capita Disposal Measurement System (created by SB 1016) will impact your agency's waste reduction reporting.

The State Organization and Agency Recycling Database (SOARD) tracks the information in the integrated waste management plans and annual reports submitted by State agencies and large State facilities. Annual reports are due September 1 of each year covering activities conducted during the prior calendar year. Search the database to learn more about a particular agency's or facility's waste diversion and recycled-product procurement programs.

Search for State organizations/facilities by:

Organization Name/Keyword:
(e.g. "Pelican Bay" or "prison" or "Corrections")

ZIP Code:
City:*
*Note: The city refers to address, not jurisdiction, e.g., a facility with a Sacramento address may not be in the City of Sacramento's jurisdiction.

You can find out more about State agencies' waste diversion efforts, and the required waste management plans, at our State Agency site. To learn more about State agencies' recycled-product procurement efforts and reporting, visit our State Agency Buy Recycled Campaign (SABRC) site.
