Timeline for the FY 2007/08 Grant Cycle

Date	Activity
December 2007	Application Materials Released Notice of Funds Available, application, and appendices e-mailed and posted on the CIWMB website.
January 11, 2008 February 15, 2008 April 11, 2008	Question and Answer Period Deadlines for the various application periods. Questions must be submitted in writing.
Approximately two weeks after corresponding deadline	All answers will be posted and periodically updated.
By 3:00 p.m. on Friday: February 1, 2008 March 7, 2008 May 2, 2008	Application Deadlines Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. Hand-delivered applications must be received and date stamped by the CIWMB or its agent by this date and time.
Ten calendar days after application deadlines, or: February 11, 2008 March 17, 2008 May 12, 2008	Late Resolution and Environmentally Preferable Purchases and Practices Policy Deadline (if not submitted with application).
March, May, and June 2008	Grant Awards Board considers grant award recommendations for approval.
Spring 2008-April 2, 2010	Grant Term Approximately two years, depending upon when grant is awarded.
April 2, 2010	Deadline for Final Reports and Final Payment Requests for all cycles of RAC Chip Seal grants awarded in FY 2007/08.
