Applications must be postmarked or hand delivered and date stamped as received at the CIWMB no later than 3:00 p.m. on the following due dates:

  • Friday, February 1, 2008
  • Friday, March 7, 2008
  • Friday, May 2, 2008

Timeline for the FY 2007/08 Grant Cycle

Notice of Funds Available, application, and appendices e-mailed and posted on the CIWMB website.

Question and Answer Period Deadlines for the various application periods. Questions must be submitted in writing.
Approximately two weeks after corresponding deadline All answers will be posted and periodically updated.
By 3:00 p.m. on Friday:
  • February 1, 2008
  • March 7, 2008
  • May 2, 2008
Application Deadlines
Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. Hand-delivered applications must be received and date stamped by the CIWMB or its agent by this date and time.
Ten calendar days after application deadlines, or:
  • February 11, 2008
  • March 17, 2008
  • May 12, 2008
Late Resolution and Environmentally Preferable Purchases and Practices Policy Deadline (if not submitted with application).
March, May, and June 2008 Grant Awards
Board considers grant award recommendations for approval.
Spring 2008-April 2, 2010 Grant Term
Approximately two years, depending upon when grant is awarded.
April 2, 2010 Deadline for Final Reports and Final Payment Requests for all cycles of RAC Chip Seal grants awarded in FY 2007/08.
