The following training materials are available to assist businesses and government agencies in the administration of the Waste Tire Management System (WTMS). The following materials are available:

• Comprehensive Trip Log (CTL) Guidance Manual: For direction on the roles and responsibilities of the regulated community within the requirements of the WTMS. Topics discussed include the tire program identification number (TPID), completing the forms, sample waste tire pickup, haul, and delivery scenarios, and frequently asked questions.
• Field Reference Guides: An 8.5" x 11" laminated sheet graphically showing how to complete the comprehensive trip log (CTL) form (CIWMB 203). In addition, various pickup, haul, and delivery scenarios with respect to generators, haulers, and end use facilities are provided.
• Video Instruction (not yet available): Based on the CTL Guidance Manual with a focus on how to complete the forms, sample pickup, haul, and delivery scenarios, and answers to frequently asked questions. Available in DVD and VHS formats.
