Passive heating/cooling system to eliminate the need for air conditioning

Daylighting with timer operated fluorescent lights

Additional features include non-toxic materials such as all-natural linoleum flooring, low or no VOC emitting paints to improve the indoor air quality and recycled content, reused, and sustainably harvested building materials.
