Adds the following new categories of alternative daily cover (ADC) materials that no longer require site-specific demonstration projects if used in accordance with recently approved regulations: foam products, ash and cement kiln dust materials, treated auto shredder residue, contaminated sediment, dredge spoils, foundry sands, processed exploration and production wastes, construction and demolition wastes shredded tires. Regulations are attached. (Note: on-line version is the original #48 with changes.)
