LoGIC is designed to help California cities and counties easily submit, find, and manage their solid waste disposal and diversion data. The primary tools in LoGIC for local jurisdictions are:
First things first! Jurisdictions/reporting entities should complete and submit the Reporting Entity Contact Change Request form to manage contact information changes in the Local Government Information Center (LoGIC) database. Access to LoGIC is secured, so you will first need to create a WebPass account. WebPass accounts are created for individuals, not organizations, and will be tied to your specific email address. If you change your email address or it becomes inactive, you will need to create a new WebPass account to continue accessing LoGIC. Please make certain all individuals obtain their own password and do not share passwords within your organization. Users with WebPass accounts and LoGIC access will be able to receive important email updates.
