Z -- Technical Assistance CalRecycleThis list is used to troubleshoot if a subscriber is having problems receiving e-mails through the listserv. System Administrators can activate the list, ask people to subscribe using the web interface, and send test messages. Once the problem has been resolved, the SA should remove all subscribers except one SA (otherwise the list won`t show up), and inactivate the list to keep it from appearing on the portal.SubscribeUnsubscribe
